Packsize Christmas Donation 2022

We care about our customers and we care about the planet – what better way to connect the two and make a difference by donating in the name of our customers. This year, our Christmas donation goes to The OCEAN CLEANUP – a brilliant organization that aims at retrieving plastics from the ocean.

Developing and scaling technologies to rid the oceans of plastic is at the heart of what The Ocean Cleanup does. Their floating systems are designed to capture plastics ranging from small pieces just millimeters in size, up to large debris, including massive discarded fishing nets (ghost nets), which can be tens of meters wide. Not only does The Ocean Cleanup project to remove 90% of floating ocean plastic by 2040, they also aim to offset all carbon emissions from the system.
