Embracing Diversity, Driving Innovation

According to research, women are still significantly underrepresented in Engineering. With events such as Future Female Engineers , targetjobs is helping to break down gender stereotypes and make Engineering a more diverse and inclusive field.

✨Event Highlights✨

Here’s a quick rundown of what you can expect on the day:

Inspirational talks

You’ll get to listen to talks from successful women in engineering, as well as engage in interesting conversations about women in STEM; this includes overcoming gender bias, wage gaps, and more.

Interactive workshops

It’s not all talk - you’ll also have a chance to take part in workshops that are designed to put your technical (and creative) skills to the test, and group activities that encourage teamwork, communication and decision-making.

Lots of networking

Mentors, industry professionals and recent graduates in the sector will be there! Also, some of the top UK employers including EDF and JLR are coming along and will be looking for talented female graduate engineers to join their companies.
