Accelerate your career with the BAE Systems graduate programme, where you’ll be supported and empowered to achieve your potential.

Developing your expertise in engineering, technology or business, our non-rotational graduate programme varies in duration and structure, but will give you exposure to live projects and real responsibility from day one. You’ll build on your existing talents and have all the tools, projects and platforms to develop both your personal and technical skills for the future.

For undergraduates we have a range of experiences available to help build your skills and develop your career – all before you graduate. Take a look at our 12 month industrial placements , 12 week summer internships or insight experiences.

Why relocate to Barrow-In-Furness?

Sitting at the gateway to the glorious Lake District, Barrow-in-Furness is known for its rich history in shipbuilding and engineering, with its shipyard dating back to 1871.

Since 1999, this shipyard has been home to BAE Systems’ Submarines facility. Here thousands of colleagues work to design and build some of the most complex engineering projects in history to help protect those who protect us.
